तीन दिन बाद चुनाव के आखिरी चरण में पटना में वोटिंग होनी है। बड़े बड़े दिग्गज नेता,रैलियां कर रही हैं। लेकिन इसी दौरान पटना की कानून व्यवस्था पर सवालिया निशान खड़े हो गए हैं। पटना के BN कॉलेज में घुसकर, कुछ बदमाशों ने एक छात्र हर्ष की पीट पीटकर हत्या कर दी। हर्ष परीक्षा देकर जैसे ही बाहर निकला उस पर हमला कर दिया गया।
