आज बजट सत्र के दूसरे चरण का आखिरी दिन था और आज का दिन भी हंगामे की भेंट चढ़ गया. यह पूरा सत्र हंगामे में निकल गया और संसद की कार्यवाही ठप रही. आज भी संसद की कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही विपक्ष ने लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में जमकर नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी थी. जिसको देखते हुए दोनों सदनों के स्पीकरों ने संसद की कार्यवाही को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दिया है.
