अरविंद केजरीवाल को कथित शराब घोटाले में अंतरिम जमानत वाली राहत मिल भी जाती है तो भी उनकी आफत कम होती नहीं दिख रही है. क्योंकि CBI और ED के बाद अब CM केजरीवाल के खिलाफ NIA भी जांच कर सकती है. दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल विनय कुमार सक्सेना ने प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठन Sikh For Justice से कथित राजनीतिक चंदा लेने के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल के खिलाफ NIA जांच की सिफारिश की है.
