उत्तर प्रदेश का कुख्यात गैंगस्टर अतीक अहमद यूपी नहीं आना चाहता था. लेकिन उमेशपाल हत्याकांड के बाद 45 पुलिसकर्मियों की टीम उसे साबरमती जेल से प्रयागराज की नैनी जेल सुरक्षित ले आई. सड़क मार्ग से आते वक्त कई जगहों पर पुलिस की गाड़ियां रुकी थी. तो वहीं जिस पुलिस वैन में अतीक बैठा था. वह पुलिस वैन एक मवेशी से टकरा गई थी.
