DNA: 3 मई को राहुल गांधी ने अमेठी से नामांकन भरा, तो लगा कि अमेठी का सारा चुनावी रोमांच अब रायबरेली शिफ्ट हो जाएगा। लेकिन कल रात अमेठी में कांग्रेस दफ्तर के बाहर तोड़फोड़ के बाद अमेठी के चुनाव ने चर्चाओं में कमबैक किया है। दूसरी वजह ये कि अमेठी में बीजेपी पर ब्रेक लगाने का कैंपेन आज से प्रियंका गांधी ने अपने हाथ में ले लिया है। अमेठी के गौरीगंज में कल रात कांग्रेस दफ्तर में मीटिंग चल रही थी। तभी कुछ लोग दफ्तर के बाहर पहुंचे। दफ्तर के बाहर कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं की गाड़ियां खड़ी थीं। उन्होंने डंडे से कारों के शीशे तोड़ने शुरू कर दिये। शोर सुनकर कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता बाहर आए, लेकिन तब तक हमला करने वाले भाग चुके थे। इनके पीछे-पीछे पुलिस की एक गाड़ी भी आकर रुकी। उसके बाद पुलिस वाले भी उसी दिशा में गये, जिस दिशा में हमला करने वाले भागे थे। कांग्रेस ने आरोप लगाया कि हमलावर बीजेपी के लोग थे, और बाक़ायदा पुलिस प्रोटेक्शन में हमला करने आए थे।

Congress alleged that the attackers were people of BJP, and had come to attack under proper police protection.
