At least 38 migrants have died after a boat capsized off the coast of Djibouti.

It was on its way to Yemen.
22 others were rescued.
Djibouti is the main transit country for migrants from Ethiopia and Somalia trying to reach Gulf nations.

Elise Nalbandian is the Regional Advocacy and Campaign Manager for Oxfam in Africa.
She says children are often being sent on these migrant journeys because of a lack of educational opportunities in their home countries.
