When Ray and Jennie Kehlet went missing from Sandstone while prospecting in late March 2015, Ray's brother Dave rushed to the quiet outback town. Eight days later, search and rescue crews discovered Ray's body in a 12-metre-deep mineshaft. Forensic expert Dr Mark Reynolds quickly realised that Ray's death was a homicide.
