भारत ये कहता रहा है Pok भारत का हिस्सा है. पाकिस्तान सरकार ने अपने यहां की कोर्ट में कबूल कर लिया है कि Pok एक विदेशी जमीन है. इस्लामाबाद हाईकोर्ट में एक मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान ये कहा गया कि POK यानी पाकिस्तान ऑक्यूपाइड कश्मीर हमारे अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं है. इस्लामाबाद हाई कोर्ट में पाकिस्तान सरकार के वकील ने कहा कि आज़ाद कश्मीर हमारी ज़मीन नहीं है.

India has been saying that Pok is a part of India. The Government of Pakistan has admitted in its own court that Pok is a foreign land. During the hearing of a case in Islamabad High Court, it was said that POK i.e. Pakistan Occupied Kashmir is not under our jurisdiction. Pakistan government's lawyer said in Islamabad High Court that Azad Kashmir is not our land.
