GST रिटर्न से लेकर स्मार्ट सिटी रैंकिंग में उत्तर प्रदेश नंबर 1 होने का दावा करता है लेकिन जरा सी बारिश में जलभराव से अपने लोगों को निजात नहीं दिला पाता.
