उत्तर भारत के कुछ इलाकों में आज सुबह से हल्की बारिश हो रही है. इस बरसात का आलम यह रहा कि दिल्ली-जयपुर हाइवे पर गाड़ियों की रफ्तार थम गई. दिल्ली-जयपुर हाइवे पर पानी भर जाने से सिस्टम की पोल खुल गई.
