असम मेघालय समेत उत्तर भारत के ज्यादातर राज्य बाढ़ से जूझ रहे हैं. खासकर असम में हालात काफी खराब हैं. यहां बाढ़ और बारिश की वजह से पिछले एक महीने में 90 लोगों की जान जा चुकी है.
