Des Ki Baat: Batla House Encounter में दोषी Ariz Khan को मौत की सजा का ऐलान

Des Ki Baat - March 15, 2021: बटला हाउस एनकाउंटर मामले (Batla House encounter case) में साकेत कोर्ट ने आरोपी आरिज खान (Ariz Khan) को फांसी की सज़ा सुनाई है. इससे पहले 2013 में एक अन्य आऱोपी शहजाद अहमद को उम्रकैद की सज़ा हो चुकी है. दोनों मुठभेड़ के बीच भाग गए थे. जबकि दो आतंकी मारे गए थे और एक आरोपी को मौके से पकड़ा गया था. एनकाउंटर में दिल्ली पुलिस के इंस्पेक्टर मोहनचंद शर्मा (Mohan Chand Sharma) शहीद हो गए थे जबकि 2 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हो गए थे. आरिज़ खान 2008 में दिल्ली,जयपुर, अहमदाबाद और यूपी की अदालतों में हुए धमाकों का मुख्य साज़िशकर्ता था. इन धमाकों में 165 लोग मारे गए. उस पर 11 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगा है.
