The Senate voted on Tuesday to move forward with the impeachment trial of former President Trump after listening to arguments on whether it is constitutional to try a president who has left office. The six Republicans who voted with Democrats to continue the trial were Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Sen. Ben Sass (R-NE), Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), who changed his vote from January when he supported the motion brought up by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY). FOX News Chief Legal Correspondent and host of the "Livin' the Bream" podcast, Shannon Bream, weighs in on the first day of the Senate's second impeachment trial, if the Senate will have enough votes to impeach and if there will be any witnesses.

President Biden has been in office for three weeks and has issued dozens of executive orders which include changes to immigration policies. He stopped border wall construction and tried to temporarily halt deportations. His deportation freeze is currently on hold due to a Texas lawsuit. Now that the Biden administration has new guidance for immigration and customs enforcement, it's expected to direct I.C.E. agents to only focus on deporting those here illegally who are national security risks or convicted felons. William La Jeunesse, FOX News Correspondent, explains the situation at the Mexico-California border, and how President Biden's policy changes are impacting I.C.E and the migrants headed toward the border.
