Strong earthquake tremors were felt in many areas of North India including Delhi-NCR on Tuesday. According to the National Seismology Centre, the intensity of the earthquake was measured at 6.2 on the Richter scale. People got scared due to the sudden shaking of the earth. The time of arrival of the earthquake was 2:53 pm. Earthquake tremors have also been felt in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The epicenter of the earthquake was in Nepal. Its depth was 5 km from the earth's surface.
ABP News reporters reporting in the field also felt strong tremors of the earthquake, while things like fans and lights were seen shaking in the offices. Earthquake tremors were felt continuously for 10 to 15 seconds in Noida. Earthquake tremors were also felt in Lucknow and Bareilly, the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
दिल्ली-एनसीआर समेत उत्तर भारत के कई इलाकों में मंगलवार को भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस किए गए. राष्ट्रीय भूकंप विज्ञान केंद्र के मुताबिक, रिक्टर स्केल पर भूकंप की तीव्रता 6.2 मापी गई.अचानक ही धरती कांपने से लोग दहशत में आ गए. भूकंप का आने का समय दोपहर 2 बजकर 53 मिनट रहा. उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में भी भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए हैं. भूकंप का केंद्र नेपाल में रहा. इसकी गहराई पृथ्वी के तल से 5 किमी रही.
फील्ड में रिपोर्टिंग कर रहे एबीपी न्यूज के रिपोर्टर्स को भी भूकंप के तेज झटके महसूस हुए, वहीं दफ्तरों में भी पंखे और लाइट जैसी चीजें हिलती दिखाई दीं. नोएडा में भूकंप के झटके लगातार 10 से 15 सेकेंड तक महसूस होते रहे. उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ और बरेली में भी भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए.
