In a horrendous attack carried out in public view, a 16-year-old girl was stabbed 34 times, kicked and her head crushed with a concrete block by a man who wanted to be in a relationship with her. The killing was reported from northwest Delhi's Shahbad Dairy on Sunday night and captured on CCTV camera.
The footage shows around a dozen people walking by even as the attacker repeatedly stabs the teenager in a lane.
