Delhi HC says - We fail to understand what good a compliance affidavit would be when as a matter of fact 700MT oxygen is not delivered, even earlier quantity of 490 MT oxygen is not delivered for a single day. ASG submits that SC hasn't directed to supply 700 MT oxygen to Delhi. HC says, we disagree. "A plain reading shows that the SC has directed the Centre to supply by making good the deficit," HC says HC says we reject the submission that GNCTD is not entitled to receive 700 MT per day in light of existing infrastructure.
