Delhi Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia, held a press conference and assured that the government was arranging cylinders for the hospitals facing shortage. But he blamed the neighbouring states of Delhi's dire condition. He said, "When Central govt increased the allocation of Delhi & fixed the same for other states too y'day, then why are governments of Haryana & UP behaving as if they have some dispute with Delhi? It's not the time to fight with each other but to be united"
