A 16-year-old girl has died after being attacked with an axe by a man who had been stalking her for months. The police arrested the 21-year-old accused today. Pravin was arrested from his sister's house in Palwal in Haryana, where he had fled after hacking the Class 11 student, a neighbour of his, yesterday.
