उत्तर भारत के तमाम राज्यों में कड़ाके की ठंड पड़ रही है. वहीं मौसम विभाग ने दिल्ली-NCR समेत उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा और पंजाब में ठंडी हवाएं चलने की आशंका जताई है. वहीं तापमान में भारी गिरावट की भी संभावना जताई है.
