1. Moscow launched a ‘kamikaze’ drone attack, hitting key infrastructure in and around Kyiv, as Putin heads for Belarus, fuelling fears he will pressure his ex-Soviet ally to join a new offensive.

2. The committee probing the Jan. 6 Capitol riot moves to wrap up its work this week with what could be as many as three criminal referrals against former President Donald Trump.

3. A Twitter poll initiated by Elon Musk on whether he should quit as the platform’s CEO showed that 57.5% of users who took part voted in favor of the move. Musk said on Sunday he would abide by the results of the poll.

4. China reports its first COVID-related deaths in weeks amid rising doubt over whether the official count was capturing the full toll of the disease after the government relaxed strict anti-virus controls.
