Dealing with Treasury 'uphill battle' says defence secretary

Defence secretary Ben Wallace was asked about the upcoming budget and whether the Ministry of Defence will get the money it needs, let alone wants.

Mr Wallace said that he had been a minister for "God knows how many years, but its always an uphill battle with the Treasury" regardless of the department.
