Maintenance worker David Fuller abused the corpses of at least 101 women and girls at Kent and Sussex Hospital and the Tunbridge Wells Hospital before his arrest in December 2020.

An independent inquiry to investigate how Fuller was able to carry out his crimes undetected has found there were "missed opportunities to question Fuller's working practices".
