David Carrick: 'He brought shame on the profession' - Hertfordshire Police

Detective Chief Inspector Iain Moor, an officer at Hertfordshire Police, the force which investigated David Carrick, said Carrick "brought shame on the profession and was not fit to wear the uniform".

Also speaking after the sentencing, Peter Burt, Senior District Crown Prosecutor for CPS Thames and Chiltern, praised the "outstanding bravery" of "every woman" who came forward.
