Transport Secretary Mark Harper says every police force must review their recruitment and disciplinary process after "worrying" findings were revealed in a new report.

The police watchdog looked at eight forces in a review ordered after the murder of Sarah Everard by former officer Wayne Couzens.

Mr Harper also discussed the situation at the Manston immigration centre, HS2 and Matt Hancock with Sky's Niall Paterson.
