Britain's King Charles and Prince William delivered speeches at a D-Day 80th anniversary event in Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
Speaking to an audience that included D-Day veterans, King Charles highlighted the 'privilege' he felt in hearing stories of 'courage, resilience and solidarity', from those that took part in the attack that helped defeat Nazi Germany in World War II.
Prince William said he was deeply honoured to be joined by guests at the ceremony who had helped fight against tyranny.
