Today the sinking of Barge P305 completes one month. On this day, ABP News talked to one of the survivors, whose complaint led to FIR in the case as well. Chief Engineer Rahman Shaikh told how he spent 17 hours in sea water in order to survive during Tauktae. He blamed the Captain, ONGC and the company which hired them to work on-board
