Cultural Diversity On Display At Republic Day Parade

A display of cultural tableaux was held as part of the 72nd Republic Day parade. Leading from the front, Ladakh showcased its first-ever tableau. The tableau displayed culture and communal harmony besides art, architecture, festivals, literature and music. A replica of the Sun Temple at Modhera was also displayed on the Gujarat tableau, depicting its 52 pillars. The tableau of Punjab showcased the glory of the 9th Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur. Designed after the theme 'Ayodhya', Uttar Pradesh's tableau displayed the Ram Mandir. (Credit: ANI)
