Ünsal Arik is a Berlin boxer with Turkish roots. But the former German champion and WBC champion is not only known for his sporting success. He's also a vocal critic of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Arik said that few weeks ago he was attacked and injured by Erdogan's supporters.
The Turkish government has already reacted to the boxer's criticism. He can no longer enter Turkey. There are arrest warrants against him, he is accused, among other things, of a "coup attempt."
