They are warning that the government's strategy of mandatory Covid jabs for frontline staff will make things even worse.
The Homecare Association claimed it could mean up to 20% of employees are unable to work because they won't get the vaccine.
The government insists it's the right approach to make sure the most vulnerable people in society are protected.
