Has the vaccine uptake in Russia been sluggish? A Russian news agency says that COVID-19 is spreading faster than at any time since last October. Moscow's mayor says, the capital has lower rates of vaccination than any major European city.
DW's Emily Sherwin went to a specially built facility in Moscow to find out whether doctors ready are for another wave of infections.
