India will start giving "precaution doses" to health and frontline workers and those above 60 from January 10. Children between 15 and 18 years will also get anti-Covid vaccine from January 3. Those eligible to take a precautionary dose will be able to sign up for it on the CoWIN website once nine months have passed since their second shot. No medical documents will be required for those above 60.
