Pfizer's boss tells Sky News his firm is poised to send out doses of its COVID-19 vaccine 'within hours' of it receiving approval.

He had little time for anti-vaxxers too, saying the decision to not vaccinate could extend beyond individuals to health to harm vulnerable members of the public.
