COVID-19: UK's R rate remains below 1

The UK coronavirus reproduction number is still below 1 but has gone up to between 0.7 and 0.9 from 0.6 and 0.9.

'R' details the average number of secondary infections produced by a single infected person.

The North East and Yorkshire had the highest regional estimate across England.
