The Prime Minister and the former health secretary Matt Hancock claim they were not advised on the danger of asymptomatic transmission.

The former shadow health secretary says this is not true.

This comes as a 75 page High Court judgement listed 20 occasions where the government's own advisors raised concerns about asymptomatic transmission.

The High Court also said the government acted unlawfully when it allowed those infected, with and without symptoms, to be discharged into care homes.
