The federal government needs to fix long-standing issues with the country's emergency medical stockpile system, according to a new report by Canada's auditor general Karen Hogan.
And the issues still have not been addressed today, but the government in the meantime has been focused on domestic capacity to manufacture the next generation of personal protective equipment (PPE).
