Court hearing underway for man wanted in US on rape charges

A court hearing has begun in Scotland to determine the identity of a man that American authorities believe is a fugitive.

The 35-year-old claims to be called Arthur Knight, but U.S. officials believe he is actually an alleged rapist called Nicholas Rossi, and they want him extradited to face charges of rape in the state of Utah.
