Cost of living crisis: PM warns of 'tough months' to come

Boris Johnson has warned of a tough winter ahead but refused to be drawn on what his likely successor Liz Truss will do to deal with the crisis.

Speaking in Wiltshire, the PM said "we're going to get through it" and blamed Russia for soaring energy prices.
