A 90-year-old woman in the U.K. has become the first person in the world to receive a clinically approved coronavirus vaccine. It is welcome news not just in the U.K., but around the world. So much hope in returning to normal life is resting in these tiny vials. It's been just 332 days since the first death was reported in China and it has since invaded every other country on Earth, infecting more than 67 million people and killing more than 1.5 million people. The vaccine did not go to residents in care homes, but was given to those aged 80 and over and who were already in hospital along with nursing home workers and some health care staff.
