History was made in Washington on Thursday, as Ketanji Brown Jackson became the first Black woman to be sworn in as a justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

But from its historic rollback of abortion rights to limiting regulations on the carbon dioxide emissions of power plants, the country's top court continues to stir up controversy and anger across America.
