Conservative peer: Nadhim Zahawi should 'stand aside'

Pollster and Tory peer Lord Hayward says that Nadhim Zahawi should think about "standing aside" while parliament's ethics watchdog investigates his tax affairs.

He added that the timescale of the events and the investigation would need to be fast to avoid events being damaging to the party ahead of the local elections.
