On Tuesday, Azerbaijan demolished the building that once housed the breakaway parliament of Nagorno-Karabakh.
It's a move that underscores Azerbaijan's restored control, after its forces recaptured the region last year, and more than 100,000 ethnic Armenians fled. The landlocked region has been subject to a longstanding territorial dispute between Azerbaijan, in which it lies, and its ethnic Armenian majority.
