Chinese vice premier lands in Pakistan on three-day visit


Chinese Vice President He Lifeng arrived on Sunday in Pakistan on a three-day visit to mark the 10 years of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.

The Chinese vice premier was welcomed by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal.

Local holidays had been announced in Islamabad for July 31 and August 1. The announcement of the public holiday was made with the approval of the chief commissioner.
