China has an unemployment problem. Almost 20 percent of young job-seekers can't land a job, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. It’s the highest level since the data was first made public four years ago. Especially for the newly minted college graduates — the Class of 20-22 — it is struggling to enter the daunting job market.
