UN में यूक्रेन के खिलाफ एक प्रस्ताव लाया गया जिसमें सिर्फ चीन ने रूस का साथ दिया और भारत वोटिंग से दूर रहा. दरअसल रूस ने यूक्रेन और अमेरिका पर डर्टी बॉम्ब का इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप लगाया था. प्रस्ताव में इसकी जांच के लिए आयोग के गठन की मांग की गई थी.

A resolution was brought against Ukraine in the UN, in which only China supported Russia and India stayed away from voting. In fact, Russia accused Ukraine and America of using dirty bomb. The proposal demanded the formation of a commission to investigate it.
