In Chile, 11 former soldiers and police officers have been jailed, decades after the executions of dozens of farm workers in the community of Paine.
It was one of the worst crimes committed by Chile's military leaders in 1973.
The Supreme Court ruling has taken decades.
Most of the victims were poor rural workers whose families could not afford to seek justice.
