Chancellor hints at 'responsible' tax cuts in budget

When asked if the UK can really afford tax cuts, Chancellor Jeremy Hunt answered saying any cuts in his budget would be made in a "responsible way".

Mr Hunt added: "We believe that if you look around the world, the countries which are growing the fastest - whether it's North America or Asia - have lower taxes because that makes a more dynamic, more energetic, more entrepreneurial economy."
