The government ready to put farm laws on freeze for ne-and-half years and will convey it to the Supreme Court in an affidavit, sources told NDTV. The farmer unions, sources said, will consider the proposal. The Supreme Court, in a hearing last week, had ordered a freeze on farm laws that is expected to last for two months while a special committee discusses the issue with all sides.
