Celebrations in Liverpool as city picked to host Eurovision 2023

Ukrainian refugees in Liverpool are celebrating after the city beat Glasgow to host next year's Eurovision Song Contest.

The grand final will take place in the UK city in May 2023 after the European Broadcasting Union ruled it would be unsafe for last year's winners, Ukraine, to host the contest.
