CCTV released by police shows moment of explosion outside Liverpool Women’s Hospital

WARNING: Video shows a fatal explosion ⚠️

Emad Al Swealmeen travelled as a passenger in a taxi armed with an improvised explosive. Counter Terrorism Policing North West believe the device was unstable and it is likely to have exploded earlier than planned.

The explosive device detonated outside the entrance to the hospital, resulting in his death. This CCTV released by police shows the moment of explosion.
