CBI Arrests UP Government Engineer For Allegedly Sexually Abusing 50 Boys

An Uttar Pradesh government employee, a junior engineer with the state's irrigation department, has been arrested by the CBI for allegedly sexually abusing around 50 children over a 10-year period. The engineer was posted in UP's Chitrakoot district, 230 km from capital Lucknow. While more details of what exactly went on are still being investigated, just how did the accused manage to allegedly carry out a heinous crime like this over such a long period?
